Junji Ito
Junji Ito nace el 31 de julio de 1963. Comenzó a escribir y dibujar manga como un hobby mientras trabajaba como técnico dental en la década de los 1990. Sus obras más notables incluyen Tomie, una serie sobre una joven inmortal que enloquece a sus admiradores, Uzumaki, una serie de 3 volúmenes sobre una ciudad obsesionada con los espirales, Gyo, donde los peces son controlados por una bacteria autoconsciente y Black Paradox, una historia relatada en un solo volumen sobre cuatro jóvenes que se conocen en un sitio de internet y pactan un suicidio colectivo. Sus obras han sido publicadas en Hispanoamérica y España. Ganador del Eisner Award for Best Writer/Artist en 2016.
